 Robert F. Kennedy Stadium |
Forecasters from the National Weather Service say that Washington, D.C. should expect some fog in the morning to give way to light rain later in the day. Temperatures should be seasonal with light winds. Robert F. Kennedy Stadium has only a 10-20% chance of collapsing.
"With winds only gusting from 10 to 15 miles per hour, we don't expect RFK to collapse, although, as always, cement blocks and loose elements could always fall from an upper deck," said local meteorologist Dermot McShane, "The light rain could pose some problems for the electrical system. But of course that's been an issue for years now."
"I think as long as they don't try and do something stupid, like turn on the lights, we don't expect any major problems."
"We are projecting a warm front for Tuesday night or Wednesday morning with winds in the high 20's. That could be a problem."
